Your membership becomes active the day after your purchase and is valid for the 30 days after activation.
Can I choose the type of massage and therapist?
Absolutely! On membership plan you can choose any 60-minute massage from our current menu and any available therapist, but we cannot guarantee a specific therapist or time.
What happens if I miss or arrive late to a session?
If you’re late, your session time will be reduced accordingly. Missed sessions are not refunded or rescheduled, and repeated no-shows may result in membership termination.
Can I share or transfer my membership to others?
Most memberships are personal and non-transferable.
However, the FAMILY Optima and FAMILY Maximum packages allow usage by up to 4 people—including family or friends—as long as the package is purchased in one person’s name.
How do I book a massage session?
You can book sessions in advance through our online application, where available time slots are displayed. Appointments are scheduled only on full hours (e.g., 10:00, 11:00).
